Step 1. Apply foundation.

Use a light foundation, or better yet, a tinted moisturizer. This way, the natural radiance of your complexion can show through your makeup. Britney Spears' makeup is very light, so remember that when trying to imitate the look.

Step 2. Apply blush.

To create a glow like Britney Spears has been sporting, you will need to use a light shade of pink blush. Apply it to the apples of your cheeks and along your forehead. This creates a natural glow on your skin.

Step 3. Apply eye makeup.

Use a dark brown shade, and apply it more heavily toward the outer edges of your eyelids. To make your eye makeup look like Britney Spears' makeup, only apply the eyeshadow to your eyelids, and avoid smearing it any higher than that.

Apply a light, shimmery colored eyeshadow to the inner corners of your eyes. Line the tear line of your lower lids with black eyeliner. Then, line the upper lash line with the same black eyeliner, being careful to apply the liner more heavily toward the outer edges of your lash lines.
